Orders are usually dispatched from our studio in Kent within 1-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping notification when your order has shipped. Items may take longer to ship during high traffic periods such as international holidays and during promotional periods.

We currently only offer UK Postage.

RM Tracked 24 usually takes 1-2 days for delivery.

RM Tracked 48 is a cheaper option with delivery usually taking 3-4 days.

Delivery costs will be calculated by weight at the check out process. and costs start at £3.95 with Tracked 48, Tracked 24 will be higher with a faster delivery.

If you are not happy with your purchase you have the right to request a return of your purchase within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 days to return your goods to our studio in Kent. We do not provide return labels or cover the cost of returns. We do not accept returns of broken goods, unless the item arrives damaged, in which case I do require a photo of the damaged item to assist me with any packaging or courier issues.

When sending items back please include a note with your order number (which can be found on your order confirmation email) and your full name and whether you would like a refund or exchange (and what you would like in exchange). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please ensure that items are wrapped and packed securely so as to avoid damage in transit as I cannot refund for a broken return, only when this occurs on delivery to the customer.

Packages returned to the studio by our couriers will be automatically refunded. If a return fee is charged by the courier this may also be deducted from the refunded amount.
